Primary Objective
To determine whether prophylactic radiationtherapy (RT) to high-risk asymptomatic bone metastases decreases the occurrenceof skeletal-related events (SREs), including pathologic fracture, spinal cordcompression, and surgery to bone (not including palliative radiation for painonly), compared to standard of care (SOC).
Patient Population
Patients with polymetastatic cancer defined as more than 5 sites of radiographically-evident systemic metastatic disease (excluding intracranial disease).
