The committee provides mentorship, education, and opportunities to support the advancement of investigators, ensuring access to resources and professional development within NRG. Through its subcommittees, the ICD Committee facilitates mentorship for early-career investigators and promotes broader investigator participation in leadership, research, and clinical trial development.
