The NRG Oncology 2025 Winter meeting will be held in Phoenix, Arizona. In the Sonoran Desert, skies stay blue throughout winter with high temperatures in the 60s and 70s. Desert nights and mornings can get chilly, but the temperature rarely drops below freezing. Please visit our check-in kiosks in the lobby on the 300 level of the West Building. 

Check-In Desk Hours:

• Thursday, January 16th from 7:00am to 6:00pm MDT 
• Friday, January 17th from 7:00am to 5:30pm MDT 
• Saturday, January 18th from 7:00am to 1:00pm MDT

Directions to Phoenix Convention Center from the Airport: Take the free PHX Sky Train from Level 3 of Terminal 4 to the 44th Street PHX Sky Train Station. From there, take the elevator or escalator down to the platform of the 44th St/Washington Valley Metro Rail stop. If you are traveling from Terminal 3, take the free black and silver PHX Airport Shuttle to Terminal 4 and then proceed to Level 3 to connect with the PHX Sky Train.
