NRG Oncology Seeks Candidate for role of Imaging Committee Vice Chair

NRG Oncology seeks a dynamic individual who will bring outstanding leadership skills, a collaborative team science spirit, and imaging clinical expertise to a vibrant and highly motivated national Cooperative Group network by joining us as Imaging Committee Vice Chair. 

The Imaging Committee acts within the mission and vision of NRG Oncology to provide support to the development and conduct of trials that include the use of imaging by providing expert review and consultative services to disease site committee investigators who are proposing new clinical trials that include conventional imaging and/or investigational imaging.

We are looking for practicing radiologist or nuclear medicine physician candidates with nationally recognized expertise in imaging. Candidates must be at an NRG Oncology Member Institution and eligible to receive federal funding. Nominal funds from federal grants to offset related effort and travel to NRG Oncology meetings is provided. Candidates are required to have either completed the demographic information or have formally elected to opt-out as per the NRG Oncology Demographic Data Initiative. Individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly those who are underrepresented in medicine, are highly encouraged to consider this opportunity.
