All applications must be submitted by midnight ET October 9, 2024. Current committee members do not need to reapply.
The next call for applications for core and general committees will occur in the Fall 2025.
Reminder to review CTEP account & NRG roster status
NRG Oncology is now soliciting applications for cancer disease site committees, non-disease site committees, and scientific core committees until October 9, 2024, midnight ET. If you are interested in applying for committee membership, now is the time to review your CTEP IAM account and NRG roster status to ensure you meet the requirement for having an active status on the roster at an active NRG member site. Additionally, applicants are required to have completed the NRG demographic form by responding to the optional questions or formally opting not to participate. Information on this can be found at https://www.nrgoncology.org/demographic-data-initiative
Please note: Applicants from non-NRG members and or applicants who do not meet the above requirements shall be considered disqualified for committee membership.
To check whether you have an active status on the roster of an active NRG member site follow step 1 or step 2 as applicable:
Review your CTEP IAM account if you already one, click here and check your IAM account status to ensure it is active and your account is linked to your current institution. Make any updates as needed and then skip to step 3.
Request a CTEP IAM account. Visit https://ctepcore.nci.nih.gov/rcr and click Request New Account to obtain an account. Processing times may take a couple of days or more so please plan accordingly. Once you receive an email your CTEP IAM account is active, go to step 3.
To verify your institution is an NRG member site, click here and then go to step 4.
Your site’s NRG Lead Research Associate is able to check CTSU RUMS to verify whether your status is active on the member site roster or is able to add you to the member site roster if needed.
Please ensure you have completed the NRG demographic form and you are rostered with an active status on the roster of an active NRG member site before applying as both of these items are requirements for committee membership.
