Evaluation link will be active on Saturday, July 27th (last day of the meeting)
To begin evaluation, scan the QR code or click the link emailed to you.
Complete the Overall Evaluation Questions.
Enter the Credits being claimed
Attest and click Submit, your CME certificate will automatically be emailed to you

To claim Summer Symposium Credits, the evaluation link will be emailed to all registered attendees.
