Theranostics Subcommittee

Purpose
The Theranostics Subcommittee is a product of collaborative efforts between the Radiation Oncology and Imaging Committees. This subcommittee provides support to the development and conduct of trials that include applications of theranostics. The subcommittee’s goals include: 1) building a more robust theranostics program in NRG Oncology’s research portfolio; 2) serve as a resources for NRG Oncology investigators; 3) collaborate with the Center for Innovation in Radiation Oncology (CIRO) and the Imaging and Radiation Oncology Core (IROC) of the National Clinical Trials Network (NCTN) to help establish the quality assurance standard for clinical trials involving theranostics; 4) engage NRG disease site leaders to form a strategy for theranostics development and incorporation into future NRG oncology clinical trials; and, 5) collaborate with other NCTN cooperative groups for clinical trial participation.

Call for NRG Oncology Theranostics Subcommittee Member Applications

The Theranostics Subcommittee, a product of collaborative efforts between the Radiation Oncology and Imaging Committees, is seeking members with recognized expertise in the field of theranostics.  The application for this subcommittee has been reopened until midnight ET November 24, 2024.
